I filmed 7 commencement events in four days for Boston University this year. We heard a lot of inspiring speeches. Here are my takeaways:

1. You'll never feel ready. Just do it.

2. Say yes more than no.

3. Find your posse, your people.

4. Wear the damn helmet.
